I first enrolled in Erickson’s Art & Science of Coaching out of curiosity. What I found was much more than a course: through practicing as both a coach and a client, I experienced firsthand how powerful coaching can be. It shifted the way I see myself, others, and the future — and showed me that lasting change begins with asking the right questions.
Today, I’m proud to serve as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and a graduate of The Art & Science of Coaching. My work is grounded in Solution-Focused Coaching, which means I see you as already resourceful, creative, and capable of shaping your own future. My role is to help you bring those strengths into focus and turn them into meaningful action.
You might be here because you want to:
Grow as a Leader
or Professional
Build confidence, expand your impact, and step into greater responsibility with clarity and purpose
As a Scrum Master, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Agile Coach, you want to stay grounded, resilient, and effective in the middle of change.
Create more trust, better collaboration, and alignment around shared goals so you can achieve results together.
Whether you’re changing careers, seeking balance, or stepping into a new chapter, you want clarity about what’s next and the courage to pursue it.
Wherever you are starting, coaching gives you the space to focus on what you want most and move toward it with intention.
When we work together, you can expect me to:
Hold a clear, supportive space where you can think freely and explore possibilities
Bring deep listening and curiosity to uncover insights you may not have noticed on your own
Support you in turning insights into concrete steps that move you toward the results you care about most.
My Belief
At the heart of my work is a simple conviction:
You already carry the resources to become the person you aspire to be. Coaching helps you see them, believe in them, and use them to create the life you want.
Beyond Coaching
When I’m not in coaching conversations, you’ll often find me learning, experimenting with new ideas, or connecting with people who spark curiosity and growth.
I also love spending time in nature, hiking, and travelling with my family — experiences that keep me grounded, curious, and inspired.
